My Approach

I use the following protocol to create a customized improvement plan for each client.

Phase 1: Research

  • What is the sociopolitical  landscape in which the school or organization is situated?

  • What are the current strengths of the organization? 

  • What is the organization’s mission and how do the key design elements of the school support the mission? 

  • What are the areas in which the organization hopes to excel or improve?

Phase 2: Design

  • What are ambitious goals that will serve as key levers for improvement?

  • What specific changes or design features will we implement to reach those goals? 

  • How will success be measured?

Phase 3: Implement

  • How can I support leadership with the communication of the stated goals in a way that is urgent and clear?

  • How can I support the implementation of the action plan in a way that develops the long-term, internal leadership capacity of the organization?
